Première Aube - Organic Old Vine Chenin Blanc - Vintage 2024 (Box of 6)

From a single, low-yield parcel, Première Aube is an organic-certified Chenin Blanc, Old Vine certified and raised in bush-vine style. Nestled on ancient, granite- and shale-rich soils, these vines, planted in 1982, express vibrant purity, natural tension and a rare mineral elegance.

Each vine is tended with care, in harmony with its own cycle. Here, no superfluous intervention: the vine speaks, nature decides and the winemaker listens. It is this philosophy that allows Première Aube to reveal, vintage after vintage, the soul of the Swartland in its rawest, most luminous form.

To extend this sensitivity, the label was hand-painted by South African artist Talita Calitz, whose brush delicately captured the radiance of dawn and the emotion of a wine in becoming.

Première Aube is the sunrise of a free, sincere and deeply South African wine.

Issu d’une parcelle unique, Première Aube est un Chenin Blanc certifié organique, vieilles vignes (Old Vine Certified) et conduit en bush-vine. Nichées sur un sol ancien, riche en granite et en schiste, ces vignes plantées en 1982 expriment une pureté vibrante, une tension naturelle et une rare élégance minérale.

Chaque pied est accompagné avec soin, dans le respect de son cycle naturel. Ici, pas d’intervention superflue : la vigne parle, la nature décide et le vigneron écoute. C’est cette philosophie qui permet à Première Aube de révéler, millésime après millésime, l’âme du Swartland dans sa forme la plus brute et la plus lumineuse.

Pour prolonger cette sensibilité, l’étiquette a été peinte à la main par l’artiste sud-africaine Talita Calitz, dont le pinceau a capturé, avec délicatesse, l’éclat du jour naissant et l’émotion d’un vin en devenir.
